Joining The Village in January 2010, Mr. Tinervin is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the psychiatric and behavioral healthcare industry. Prior to Acadia, Mr. Tinervin held administrative level clinical and management positions with Universal Health Services. Mr. Tinervin is an effective, hands-on leader with a strong commitment to quality patient care and customer service.

As the Village psychiatrist, Dr. Raman is responsible for the psychiatric care and medication management of all The Village patients. Dr. Raman participates in the Interdisciplinary Treatment Teams and also serves as a member of the Village Leadership Team. He is Board Certified in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Raman has developed strong Child and Adolescent Inpatient programs at The Village Psychiatric Hospital and patients in these programs have experienced excellent outcomes. He has served as Medical Director for The Village Psychiatric Hospital and Chief of Staff for The Village Behavioral Health.
